A Creditors Only Organization
The Recovery Management Network(SM) (RMN) is a unique networking organization, strictly for creditors, providing collection and recovery professionals with the peer contact, resources and information they need to succeed in their jobs.
There is no fee to join this peer group, but creditors must be involved in the collection, recovery
or auditing departments at their organizations,
and be interested in sharing experiences and ideas with other RMN members.
THE RMN FOCUS – Calls – Networking- Sharing – Meetings
Current issues, topics and challenges are always on tap at the regular Monthly Teams call,
which is held each 3rd Thursday of the month.
Some recent topics include:
Work from Home, Managing the Hybrid Workforce,
Vendor Management, Third-Party Vendor Auditing, Litigation and Repossession Challenges,
and Evaluating Collection Success in a Changing Environment.
We also have added special guest speakers, such as the CFPB, discussing Junk Fees,
as well as Member-Only Webinars, such as Repossession Auditing.
And, we do mini-surveys for members with specific needs or questions of the group.
An annual RMN Tie-in meeting is held at the Collection and Recovery Solutions event, in Las Vegas,
where members present topics in a members-only discussion format.
